Приєднався 9 гру 2009
We extend education to North Dakota residents of all ages and walks of life. You'll find us at work in your county, at Research Extension Centers and at the main campus of North Dakota State University. As North Dakotans work to improve their lives, we're there to help. Our efforts have a special emphasis on strengthening agriculture and developing the potential of youth, adults and communities. Our efforts are funded by county, state and federal government.
We have a rich history of extending North Dakota's land-grant university. Federal legislation established Extension in 1914, but years before that our predecessors were extending education through lectures, institutes, tours, fairs and demonstrations.

I like it cuz JESUS!!!
Thanks so much for sharing this viral information, Janet 💕👍💕 I'm surprised more ND farmers aren't tuning in here. I'm sure they're just too busy battling these horrible plagues that are possibly a result of monocropping. I'm researching the fact that bag after bag of Pennington 40# Black Oil Sunflower has over 80% of kernals half eaten out. Most bags have some residual weevils which look black. Is this a different weevil?
great content!
Hi
Love it Review outside with wind disturbance . Haha great vid I think I've smoked too much chickweed
😂😊
All I know is that countless tress have saved people . A tree has stopped a speeding cars many a time and I can say one of these algae tanks could stop a car 😂
The System counts, heh? Manure is the medicine. Thank you.
Awesome video. Thank you for it.

Always great educational videos! I love ND and I love your channel! Thank you!
what about polymaleic acid? being advertised as an excellent calcium suspension maker/maintainer.
any info about doing small things to pre1900s homes in the Cities that have crumbly fieldstone foundations... to help make less musty or add finished surfaces to falls for looks or utility of hanging stuff on them?
I love the Taylor junipers.... very Mediterranean looking. Perfect for my area!
Those downspouts…..good for drainage but kind of funny looking.
I would not use corrugated drainage , smooth pipe is always best .
Thank you ! Eassy to make. Ty❤
Pretty radical advocacy on no zero interior insulation even mudplate
So, what you’re saying; is don’t insulate your house! That’s why homes that were built 100yrs + ago are still standing!!
Crazy comments from non farmers...there used to be a 100 farmers for every 10,000 people. Now it's 1 for every 10,000. So farms were small, your small manure was always spread...either by hand with a wagon or later by machine. There is no - agriculture was better 100 years ago. It wasn't. There are shortcuts made in processing (fillers, painting strawberries, water injected meat). Buy local or better yet, try farming yourself on a very small scale. If you're a "better farming 100 years ago" person, make sure you have a shovel, pitch fork and wheelbarrow and give it a go.
Welp! It looks like I'm screwed then.
Lol. Ahhh. Not the best at all. This is funny. Weeping tile. Maybe he has never heard of it
This is an interesting video that made me believe the "main culprit" in managing the issues of water, vapor, air, and heat is the use of concrete! With all the "space age technologies" available, what would be a better solution for foundations as opposed to using 100+ year-old technology of concrete blocks and mortar? (cost aside)
This video was just what I needed to watch. Thanks a lot for all the info.
That's a good point to remember, but can the nuzzles be adjusted separately ,i mean the amount of water discharging from nuzzles be decreased or increased ?
According to a lot of systems here in Sweden you sould remove the vapor barrier towards the outside and then let the condensation point be in the insulation on the outside. That should pump moisture from the wall and offload it outside the wall. Normally you use a product called isodrän, but I think Rockwool would work the same. To offload moisture from the soil one could use a plastic sheet called Platon mat. But most just removes the membrane on the wall and put up isodrän.
Modern building is one big problem, from start to finish. Build with COB and eliminate all the nonsense.
Could it be that European sod forming grasses have an advantage in ecosystems managed with systems developed in the old world such as set-stocking, continous grazing, and complete large herbivore exclusion? Where as native prairie grasses and wildflowers may be more adapted to native grazing and fire disturbance regimes such as periodic high intensity grazing and trampling from enormous herds of bison with long recovery periods as well as periodic fire where ungrazed plants were allowed to build up?
Wow dirty cattle
Why No gravel or paver on the bottom of the pit ?
